Delete your account and data

AutoScore for Soft-tip Darts (Japanese title: オートスコア for ソフトダーツ) by LifeWithDarts

You can delete your AutoScore account and the data linked to it at any time. You do not need an account to play; this page is for people who signed in with Google, Apple or an email link.

Option 1: Delete in the App (immediate)

Open the App and go to Settings > Account.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and cloud data are deleted immediately, and the App resets the data on that phone. Other phones signed in to the same account are signed out the next time they connect.

Option 2: Request deletion by email (if you no longer have the App)

Send an email to lifewithdarts@gmail.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.
Please send it from the email address you used to sign in (the address of your Google account, Apple ID, or the address you used for the email link).
If you used Apple’s “Hide My Email”, or if we cannot confirm the address, we will reply and ask you to confirm the request.

We will complete the deletion within 30 days and reply to let you know when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account (user ID, email address and sign-in method)
Your player names, game records, statistics and awards stored in the cloud
Your app settings stored in the cloud

What is kept

Purchase records are kept by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; please cancel it in your store account settings.
Contributed images (only if you joined the optional image program) are not linked to your account, so we cannot find them by account. They are removed from our cloud storage within 30 days of upload, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Aggregate usage statistics that do not identify you.
A short note that a deletion request was handled (date only, without your email address).

Deletion cannot be undone. If you sign in again later, a new, empty account is created.
